Sales & Partnerships Manager
More Life MVMT is building the premier wellness event experience in South Florida, and we are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales & Partnerships Manager to help us grow.
This role owns our sponsor sales, ticket outreach, and brand partnership pipeline. If you excel at building relationships, closing deals, and seeing your work directly drive a company's growth, we want to hear from you.
- What You'll Own
- Outbound sponsor and exhibitor sales for the More Life Summit
- Ticket sales outreach
- Affiliate and co-marketing partnership development
- Building and managing a repeatable, scalable sales pipeline
- Moving deals from first contact to signed agreement
- Managing sales team
- Meeting company KPI's
- You Are the Right Fit If You Have
- 2–4 years of sales, business development, or sponsorship experience
- 2-4 years of management experience
- Player and couch ability to leadership
- A proven track record of closing, not just prospecting
- The ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Interest in health, wellness, or the live events industry
- What We Offer
- Salary: $45,000–$55,000 base plus competitive commission with ability to earn $250,000 + year
