For Abbott Diabetes Care, Abbott GmbH, we are looking for a sales representative for the areas of Olpe, Lüdenscheid, and Gummersbach.
Our customers are general practitioners and diabetological specialist practices in a defined area in Germany, which use our innovative product portfolio for the treatment of diabetes and thus help patients to a better quality of life.
- Your tasks:
- Successful presentation of the innovative glucose product portfolio Freestyle Libre and the associated digital ecosystem for targeted revenue maximization
- Strategic analysis of the assigned accounts in the area and development of the sales strategy
- Expansion and binding of existing customer relationships through regular customer visits and the use of different communication channels
- Continuous market and competition observation
- Reporting via the CRM system and deriving corresponding sales measures
- Close cooperation with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing
- Cross-functional cooperation to develop an effective regional Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management
- Your qualification:
- Completed degree with a focus on business administration, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, first experience in the field service of a medical technology/pharmaceutical or FMCG company, alternatively, sales-interested recent graduates
- Analytical thinking and the ability to derive sales measures
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of digital applications and processes
- Result-oriented, structured, and resilient
- Proficient problem-solving skills and a winning mentality
- Team player with a high degree of self-initiative, energy, and enthusiasm
- Ability to act confidently in a rapidly changing and highly competitive market
- Very good German and English language skills
