The business has recently secured a newly awarded five‑year federal contract in Massachusetts and continues to see steady growth across the Northeast. This hire is part of a deliberate expansion of the regional team following internal transfers and a recent retirement.
- Job Description
- Manage multiple government construction projects from pre‑construction through close‑out
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Serve as a key point of contact for government clients and field teams
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal requirements
- Conduct site walkthroughs and attend critical on‑site meetings (approximately 10% travel)
- Track project documentation and reporting using Procore and MS Office tools
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership within the Northeast division

- The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction
- Exposure to government, public, or regulated projects strongly preferred
- Open to candidates from commercial construction backgrounds
- Experience managing projects in the $2M-$10M range
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in remote teams
- Ability to travel locally across New England for site visits
- Candidates must be based in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Connecticut
- Role reports directly to the VP of the Northeast Division
- Office presence is limited to training and interviews; the team operates remotely
