Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team and work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive product strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement. This is a full‑time, remote position based within the United States, with core working hours aligned to the EST time zone.
The ideal candidate will be deeply familiar with U.S. business practices, communication styles, and stakeholder expectations, and will act as the primary bridge between business needs and technical execution.
This role requires strong ownership, decision‑making capability, and hands‑on experience working in agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Product Owner for one or more product initiatives, owning the product backlog end‑to‑end
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Partner closely with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to prioritize work and deliver value
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder demos
Ensure alignment between product vision, business goals, and technical execution
Make timely prioritization decisions based on impact, risk, and business value
Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders
Continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an agile environment
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment
Strong familiarity with U.S.-based teams, workflows, and decision‑making styles
Comfortable working full‑time hours aligned to EST
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with distributed engineering teams
Background in technology, financial services, or data‑driven products
Prior experience working with U.S. enterprises or regulated industries
Location & Work Authorization
Remote role – must be based within the United States

Compensation
Compensation will be competitive and location‑based
Salary range will be disclosed for candidates based in New York, in compliance with New York pay transparency regulations
Compensation for candidates in other U.S. locations will be aligned with local market rates
Additional Notes
Candidates located in New York or the New York metro area may expect different compensation bands compared to other U.S. locations
