We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our Evening Support team. As a key member of our Scheduling Department, you will be responsible for handling and resolving email requests from clients and interpreters, assisting with phone calls, maintaining accurate database information, and managing appointments for a dedicated client. - *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Specialist in our Evening Support team, you will be responsible for:
- Handling and resolving email requests from clients and interpreters related to scheduling, as the first point of contact
- Assisting with answering client/interpreter calls, when needed
- Efficiently inputting data and maintaining accurate database information
- Managing all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries
- Managing all inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments
- Managing all appointments for a dedicated client by meeting both careerzynith and client service levels for securing interpreters to the appointments
- Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager
- *Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- The ability to handle stressful and challenging situations in a calm and professional manner while working with internal and external clients
- Professional communication skills; verbal and written
- Proficiency with standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with other web-based applications
- Ability to excel in a demanding, dynamic, and team-based working environment
- 2 years of experience in customer service
- 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional data entry & accuracy skills
- Professional verbal & written communication skills
- Organized & motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems
