• *Essential Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or customer support role, with a focus on veterinary or pet-related services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and veterinary providers
• Proficiency in computer software and technology, including electronic health records and prescription processing systems
