As an Experienced Teller at our Chatham Branch, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, active listening, and a deep understanding of our customers' needs
• Processing transactions efficiently and accurately, including cash, credit, and debit transactions
• Balancing cash and maintaining a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions
• Identifying referral opportunities to contribute to branch sales goals and developing strategies to convert leads into sales
• Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations, including compliance with careerzynith's BSA/AML Policy and Procedures
• Identifying risk and escalating concerns through proper channels to ensure the integrity of our operations
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of careerzynith products, services, and other lines of business to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
• Ability to learn and adapt to changing digital channels and emerging technologies
• Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor or branch leader
