As a Customer Experience Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for our walk-in customers, helping them with their banking needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their financial goals. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer issues
  • Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
  • Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
  • Cash handling skills
  • Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
