  • *Job Summary**

As our Chief of Staff – Customer Service & Referral Management Operations, you will provide strategic support to our senior executive, driving business growth and excellence through data analysis, project management, and leadership. You will work closely with our executive team, program managers, project managers, and business leaders to proactively address systemic concerns and drive initiatives that improve business processes and efficiency. Your expertise in business analysis, strategic planning, and consulting will be essential in developing and implementing solutions that meet or exceed deadlines.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Work directly with our senior executive on projects and activities, including logistical coordination, data analysis, contract management, and written communications in support of various business initiatives.
  • Assist our senior executive in tracking and monitoring strategic business initiatives, ensuring timeliness, anticipating and resolving issues, and ensuring quality and effective integrations or transitions.
  • Accompany our senior executive to high-level meetings, taking initiative to create front-end materials and follow up on action items.
  • Facilitate communication, coordination, and collaboration with corporate management on behalf of our senior executive, serving as the primary interface with corporate leadership in tracking and resolving issues.
  • Provide meeting management, planning, and coordination, drafting agendas, presentations, handouts, and read-ahead materials for executive and internal committee meetings and conferences.
  • Anticipate issues and opportunities, advising our senior executive accordingly, and developing and maintaining necessary tracking matrices and deliverables.
  • Measure progress of meeting targeted goals, keeping our senior executive properly informed, and supporting the management of the executive's calendar to ensure goals are met.
  • Coordinate special projects, including business planning initiatives, and reporting as requested and in collaboration with ePMO.
  • Serve as business owner for projects directed by our senior executive aimed at improving business processes and efficiency.
  • Maintain knowledge of all contract provisions and perform other duties as assigned.

  • *Education & Experience**
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation.
  • 5+ years' experience managing complex initiatives that includes leadership roles in driving results.
  • 5+ years' experience in business analysis, strategic planning, and/or consulting.
  • Extensive experience with MS Office products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and other reporting and statistical tools.
  • Experience in process and program improvement and business planning.
  • Experience in managing multiple business initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience preparing presentation and reports.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience staffing senior-level officers/executives.
  • 5+ years' experience in project management, with projects supporting senior and C-suite leaders.
  • 5+ years' experience managing complex projects/teams.
  • Healthcare, management, or analytical consulting experience.
  • Veteran, Military Spouse, or Military Affiliated.
  • Experience and knowledge of the VA health system and/or Military Health System.
