  • *Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Specialist in careerzynith's Scheduling Department, you will be the first point of contact for our dedicated clients and interpreters, handling email requests, answering calls, and maintaining accurate database information. This is a full-time, 36-hour position, working Friday to Sunday, 12-hour shifts.   • *Responsibilities**
  • Handle and resolve email requests from clients and interpreters related to scheduling, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist in answering client/interpreter calls, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Efficiently input data and maintain accurate database information, utilizing careerzynith's systems and software.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager.
  • Manage all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Secure interpreters to cover appointments, ensuring that our clients receive the language access they need.
  • Manage all appointments for a dedicated client, meeting both careerzynith and client service levels for securing interpreters to appointments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • *Skills and Abilities**
  • Possess the ability to handle stressful and challenging situations in a calm and professional manner, working with internal and external clients.
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.
  • Proficiency with standard software applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with other web-based applications.
  • Ability to excel in a demanding, dynamic, and team-based working environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
  • *Experience Requirements**
  • 2 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
  • 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.
  • Organized and motivated, with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems, with a focus on continuous improvement.
