- Handle various aspects of check-in and baggage processing, including operating an electronic check-in system, boarding, baggage handling, reservations, and resolving related complaints and issues.
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner, handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets.
- Process transactions, make change, and balance daily exchanges, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Inspect baggage and cargo, answering phone calls to provide information to guests, page customers, resolve issues or grievances, and assist on a case-by-case basis.
- Manage oversold, delayed, or cancelled flights, resolving issues quickly and in accordance with careerzynith policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient boarding process.
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred.
