  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Success Manager for our Google Marketing Platform Agency Partnership, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and coordinating internal resources across various functional areas to meet customer needs.
  • Creating learning agendas for client onboarding and ongoing enablement, ensuring that clients are equipped to get the most out of our products.
  • Leading scaled training sessions, product sessions, and account-specific activation sessions in partnership with Account Executives to drive business or platform/feature adoption and error mitigation.
  • Driving features adoption to ensure Third-Party Cookie Deprecation readiness and platform stickiness, helping clients navigate the changing advertising landscape.
  • Building and maintaining a strong knowledge of Google Marketing Platform product capabilities, with a focus on DV360 and CM360, and how they integrate with Google Cloud.
  • Maintaining relationships with agency clients, serving as a liaison to address their inquiries, resolve technical challenges, and understand their needs to enable their success with our tools.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to build customer relationships and present solutions.
  • Experience working with Google Marketing Platform products, including DV360 and CM360.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • *Nice-to-Haves**
  • 4 years of experience in marketing with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and third-party measurement and App platforms.
  • Experience in video, display, app, and social advertising solutions.
  • Experience in digital advertising sales, product marketing, or product/project management.
  • Experience working for or with agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Cloud and its integration with Google Marketing Platform products.
