As a Retail Customer Service Associate II - Returns & Exchanges, your primary focus will be on creating a positive customer experience that sets careerzynith apart from the rest. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders, and recording information accurately to inform future improvements to the customer shopping experience
  • Meeting customers' needs, solving problems independently, and recognizing when to escalate to a manager to maintain exceptional service standards
  • Building loyalty by ensuring a positive customer journey during the careerzynith shopping experience, fostering a sense of belonging and connection with our customers
  • Providing customers with a simple and efficient handout experience when scheduled in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), and offering and selling services to customers during the handover process when needed
  • Delivering a seamless and smooth returns and exchange experience, while collecting high-quality data for follow-up when scheduled in returns
