• *The Role of the Customer Experience Ambassador**

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll be responsible for delivering superior service to Card Members visiting the careerzynith Centurion Lounge. You'll be the face of careerzynith, acting as an ambassador of the brand and working closely with your colleagues to create an exceptional experience for our customers. Your passion for delivering extraordinary service will shine through in every interaction, as you tailor our products and services to meet the unique needs of each Card Member.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
• Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable
• Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, ultimately building brand loyalty and turning customers into loyal enthusiasts
• Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, always putting their satisfaction at the forefront
• Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations to enhance the Card Member's experience
• Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance to help Card Members plan their next adventure
• Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members

• *Lounge Hours of Operation**

The careerzynith Centurion Lounge operates from 05:30 AM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Sunday. Hours are subject to change due to business needs.

• *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers
• Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred, including reservation experience
• Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, always looking for ways to exceed their expectations
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every single interaction
• The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction from the customer with the service they received
• Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
• The ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues is essential, as the lounge is a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, when unanticipated situations may arise, putting the Card Member's experience at the forefront of everything you do
• Must be resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively while providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment
• Ability to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease
• Adapt to an ever-changing environment and be resilient in the face of challenges
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential
• Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks
