As a 2nd Shift Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service assistance to the commercial trucking industry. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and internet connection, to support intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers, handle escalated issues from tire service centers, and answer calls from customers who have broken down and need assistance locating a service provider in the area.   • Support intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers who call in
  • Handle escalated issues from the tire service centers

  • Transfer calls to other departments or call centers if customers require
