As a 2nd Shift Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service assistance to the commercial trucking industry. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and internet connection, to support intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers, handle escalated issues from tire service centers, and answer calls from customers who have broken down and need assistance locating a service provider in the area. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Support intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers who call in
• Handle escalated issues from the tire service centers
• Answer calls from customers who have broken down and work to locate a service provider in the area
• Input relevant call information into our PC system
• Process new sales orders or upgrade panel types as needed
• Transfer calls to other departments or call centers if customers require

• *Essential Qualifications**

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and fix problems quickly
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language
• Work from home experience preferred
• History of great attendance and punctuality
• Highly organized and able to follow through on tasks and responsibilities
• PC familiarity and proficient typing skills
• Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
