- *Role and Responsibilities**
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- **Responding to Customer Service Requests**: Answer 35+ calls/day, respond to texts/emails, and provide exceptional service to our clients.
- **Maintaining Accuracy**: Ensure accuracy in all customer interactions, from initial contact to resolution.
- **Achieving Cross-Sell Goals**: Meet cross-sell goals (umbrella, renters, life referrals, etc.) to help our clients achieve their insurance goals.
- **Encouraging Client Referrals**: Ask after every interaction to encourage client referrals and grow our business.
- **Working Collaboratively**: Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service.
- *Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years in Property & Casualty insurance customer service.
- **Licensing**: A valid Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License.
- **Self-Motivation**: A strong sense of urgency and self-motivation to drive results.
- **Professional Phone Etiquette**: Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills to build trust with our clients.
