  • Proficient in computer software navigation and dual screens
  • Pharmacy or healthcare call-center experience is a pre-requisite
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Bi-lingual for Hmong, Spanish, Mien
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
  • Ability to handle complex calls and provide exceptional service in high-pressure situations
