- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email, addressing a wide range of inquiries and requests
- Utilizing a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
- Working variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support experiences
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- The right to work in The Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
- Experience working with a computer
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
- Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
- A quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- From a technical perspective, a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
