Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Virtual Airport Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at careerzynith. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional traveler experiences across our terminals. Key Responsibilities



  • Engage with customers, review their daily work sheet, and react to changes in the operating environment to ensure seamless traveler experiences.

  • Deliver positive customer experiences in cooperation with various stakeholders, including DPS, AOC, TSC, EOC, Airlines, and CBP, during routine or emergency events.

  • Answer customers' questions and concerns, provide information on airport services, amenities, concessions, airlines, and kiosks to ensure a smooth travel experience.

  • Deliver customer assistance for internal/external stakeholder requests, including terminal tours, media events, Military Service Member Support/USO, SkyLink interruptions, and Airline Special events.

  • Perform multiple customer experience functions across all areas of the Terminal, including Public Space, Airline Space, Checkpoints, Concessions, Customs and Border Protection, Custodial and Maintenance Support, and Terminal Projects.

  • Complete activity logs and status reports to monitor the business unit and ensure effective customer experience delivery.

  • Execute the daily operational and 4-day forecast plan to direct engagement and interaction with customers, monitor the actual operational environment, and mitigate customer impact to maintain a positive customer experience throughout all 5 terminals.

Essential Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Two (2) years of experience in customer service in a direct customer service environment.

  • Completion of high school curriculum or equivalent.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs for approximately 500 feet and occasionally lift and/or push up to 50 lbs.

  • Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.

Desirable Qualifications


We are looking for candidates who possess:



  • The ability to speak a second language in addition to English.

  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other computer applications as required.
