As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering incoming calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, and you'll be an integral part of our on-site call center environment.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls and communicate with clients in a respectful, courteous, and empathetic manner
- Troubleshoot situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone
- Maintain an above-average attendance record and adhere to established standard operating procedures

- *Qualifications and Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of call center experience required
- Strong verbal communication skills, with excellent phone etiquette
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work without direct supervision and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Previous military experience encouraged to apply
- Must be able to pass an extensive background check
