• *Responsibilities**

As a Billing & Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Entering bills of lading into careerzynith's internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy
• Learning and retaining industry terms related to billing, including National Motor Freight Classification
• Communicating any paperwork issues to the Service Centers in a timely and effective manner
• Performing all necessary audits as assigned to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Entering proper Hazardous Materials bills as assigned, adhering to industry regulations and guidelines
• Assisting Service Centers with any questions related to billing, providing expert guidance and support
• Identifying and communicating all issues relevant to billing, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing errors
• Reviewing weekly Error Report for feedback and accuracy of corrections, implementing improvements as needed

• Exceptional data entry skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work late afternoons and evenings, including second shift hours
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and Service Centers
• Basic knowledge of industry terms and regulations, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new information
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
