- *Job Summary**
As a Live Chat Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients via live chat. You will be the primary point of contact for potential customers, active customers, and old customers, responding to their queries in a timely and convincing manner. Your primary objective will be to convert incoming queries into new orders, while also ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service throughout the entire process.

- Respond to all incoming queries from potential customers in a timely fashion, with detailed and convincing responses that give confidence to the buyer and develop trust.

- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and conversion rates.

- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately log and track customer interactions.
