As a Part-Time Data Entry & Billing Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering and maintaining accurate data in billing systems and records
  • Preparing and submitting invoices using QuickBooks
  • Reviewing service records to ensure all billable items are accounted for
  • Assisting with maintaining billing logs and documentation for auditing purposes
  • Utilizing PDF Filer to complete and manage government forms and documentation (experience with PDF Filer is a plus)
  • Coordinating with team members to resolve billing discrepancies
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • **Proven experience in accurate data entry**: You'll have a track record of accurately and efficiently entering data into various systems.
  • **Working knowledge of QuickBooks**: You'll be proficient in using QuickBooks to prepare and submit invoices.
  • **Strong attention to detail and organizational skills**: You'll be meticulous in your work and able to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • **Ability to work independently during evening hours**: You'll be comfortable working independently during evening hours and be able to manage your time effectively.
  • **Proficient with Microsoft Office and PDF tools**: You'll have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office and be familiar with PDF tools, including PDF Filer.
