We are seeking an experienced Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and data entry tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data organization.   • *Primary Responsibilities**

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • **Data Management**: Manage multiple databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and data organization.
  • **Grant Data Entry**: Enter required grant data accurately into our system to meet monthly, quarterly, and year-end deadlines.
  • **Record-Keeping**: Maintain appropriate records and follow required procedures and practices for attendance and assessment data.
  • **Data Security**: Maintain required security of student data in compliance with FERPA.
  • **Error Checking**: Complete regular error checks and data clean-up in our system to ensure accurate reporting.
  • **Accessibility**: Ensure data is accessible in a timely manner to staff and other stakeholders.
  • **Task Management**: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet all local, state, and program deadlines.
  • **Student Outcomes**: Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, including pre/post testing with state-mandated assessments.
  • **Team Collaboration**: Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
  • **Administrative Tasks**: Scans documents, labels items, inventories supplies, performs basic word processing, organizes digital files and materials, prepares mailings, and assists with filing.
  • **Additional Assignments**: Perform other assignments as required by the team.
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • **Education**: High School diploma or GED required.
  • **Knowledge**: Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures, as well as MS Office Software.
  • **Excel Skills**: Must have Excel knowledge.
  • **Communication Skills**: Ability to perform office work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy, plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively, communicate effectively, work cooperatively with others, and work under pressure with frequent interruptions.
  • *Physical Requirements**

This role requires:
