This is for someone who bets on themselves.
- Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Make 50+ calls per day
- Follow up with warm CRM leads
- Run phone sales presentations
- Prospect using Facebook Marketplace, social media, and outbound outreach
- Build rapport and confidently overcome objections
- Guide buyers from inquiry to closing
- Draft contracts and close deals
Requirements (READ CAREFULLY)

- Fluent in Spanish & English
- 2+ years of real estate sales experience
- Proven phone sales experience
- High-volume outbound calling experience
- Strong closing ability
- Experience closing high-ticket deals
- Comfortable working remotely & independently
- Familiar with CRMs, AI tools, and sales software
- Self-motivated, competitive, and money-driven
- Dedicated home office setup with reliable internet
- Bonus Points If:
- You live in Texas
- You’ve sold land, mortgages, solar, real estate, or other high-ticket products
- You genuinely love sales and competition
