- *Your Future Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Care Agent at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a variety of customer inquiries via email and phone, including cancellations, returns, deliveries, claims, and product requests
- Processing customer orders over the phone, offering purchase guidance, and ensuring efficient order handling
- Coordinating with suppliers to address delivery delays
- Communicating essential customer messages to key departments
- *Essential Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in the Dutch language (C1) and fluency in English (B2)
- At least 1 year of support experience
- Excellent communication skills: able to handle customer complaints politely, professionally, and in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently as well as within different teams
- Attentiveness, persistence, and a solution-oriented approach
- A strong work ethic and adaptability in a dynamic business environment
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly valued:
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
- Knowledge of the Dutch market and customer preferences
- Certification in customer service or a related field
