We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Denver, CO. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to our Sales Department.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services via telephone or email
  • Provide excellent customer service to both customers and careerzynith personnel
  • Perform accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through careerzynith's escalation process
  • Partner with and provide administrative support to careerzynith's Sales Department
  • Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, services, and industry trends to provide informed support to customers
  • *Qualifications**
  • 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting is preferred
  • Prior Accounts Receivable experience is highly encouraged
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is recommended
  • Verbal & written communication skills: professional telephone and email etiquette
  • Essential skills: active listener, responsive, and personable
  • Computer skills: proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc.)
  • Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Collaborative, team-player capable of working independently
  • Problem solver in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills (i.e., adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, etc.)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally carry parcels or packages, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods
