As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the cornerstone of our organization and the first point of contact for our patients. You will receive the training needed to help patients navigate the billing process and resolve their outstanding balances. Over the phone, you will actively listen to patients and assist them in resolving their medical balances by negotiating and collecting payments. Your empathetic nature and ability to quickly resolve problems while remaining positive is essential to your success.
