- Onboard high-value customers with a full demo, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and proactive problem-solving
- Increase retention and growth of careerzynith's most valuable customers by identifying business opportunities and providing strategic advice
- Represent the voice of the customer to provide feedback and insights into core product and marketing processes
- Conduct presentations to educate customers on best practices and product functionalities, enhancing their performance and growth
- Provide trusted guidance to customers on the use-case and product functionality to improve their experience and retention
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities with customers to drive growth and retention
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of account management or customer success experience in tech, with a proven track record of driving growth and retention
- Fluent English is a must; proficiency in an additional language is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions
- Experience delivering customer-focused solutions and conducting onboarding webinars
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights and create structure in ambiguous situations
- Passion for technology and the Gig Economy, with a willingness to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

- Experience with Salesforce and G Suite, particularly Sheets and Slides
