  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, visitors, and healthcare team members
  • Responding to patient and family inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with nursing and administrative staff duties as needed
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and presentation and spreadsheet software
  • Ability to learn and incorporate a variety of clinical and administrative automated systems and software into daily work duties

  • Knowledge of electronic medical records and clinical software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
