  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

  • Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer
  • Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
  • Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Recommending items for sale to customers and recommending trade-up and/or companion items
  • Registering customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting cash and distributing change as requested; processing voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
  • Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters and shelves, and ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
  • Assisting with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures
  • Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products
  • Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers, and completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Six months of experience in a retail environment
