We're seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Agent - Customer Service Representative to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving or exceeding sales production goals. • *Responsibilities**

As an Insurance Sales Agent - Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Soliciting new business and maintaining current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals
• Expanding business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed-upon production goals
• Accurately accounting for all currency transactions and timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system
• Connecting quickly with clients, building and leveraging relationships, and educating and advising customers on which products best fit their needs

• *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred but not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Sales or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
