Title: n8n Automation Specialist — AI-Powered Lead Generation System for Real Estate

Overview:

I'm a licensed Realtor in the Greater Boston area looking to build a custom automated lead generation and outreach system using n8n. This is a focused, well-scoped project with a clear spec — I'm not looking for someone to figure it out, I'm looking for someone who's built things like this before and can execute cleanly.

What the system needs to do:

Monitor multiple data sources on a scheduled basis and identify new leads automatically

Enrich lead data with contact information via API integrations

Generate personalized outreach messages using an AI API (Claude or GPT)

Deliver outreach via Gmail and log everything automatically

Trigger real-time notifications to my phone when leads respond

Track all leads and follow-up sequences in HubSpot CRM

Handle multi-touch follow-up sequences without manual input

Integrations involved:

n8n (core automation)

Google Sheets

Gmail

HubSpot Free

AI API (Claude or OpenAI)

Slack (notifications)

One or two data source integrations I'll share with shortlisted candidates

What I'm looking for:

Demonstrated n8n experience specifically — please include examples of comparable workflows you've built

Experience with AI API integration inside automation workflows

Clean, documented builds — I need to be able to understand and maintain what you build

Walkthrough video upon delivery

Someone who communicates clearly and hits deadlines
