Position:
General Accounting Expert

Develop long-horizon accounting tasks that mirror real-world scenarios with deterministic rubrics.
Create transactional accounting scenarios such as journal entries and AP/AR with defined cash application rules.
Design close processes including reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany eliminations.
Construct supporting analyses with flux explanations against ground-truth variances.
Work independently and asynchronously to ensure tasks have checkable answers and meet deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
3+ years as a staff or senior accountant.
Expertise in reconciliations, accruals, intercompany, fixed assets, AP/AR on major ERPs like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Intacct.
Ability to read and produce accounting artifacts like JE packages, reconciliations, and trial balances.
Clear written communication skills for encoding reasoning into deterministic rubrics.

CPA or CPA candidate.
