THE ROLE
This is a hybrid role combining:
✅ Teaching
✅ Academic Leadership
✅ Team Leadership / Teacher Support

✅ WISE LMS Management
✅ Training & Team Development
- Approximately
- 40% teaching
- 60% leadership/Academic admin responsibilities
- You will work closely with the Academic Director and Curriculum Designer to help maintain the quality, consistency, and integrity of the Speakhabla program.You will help
- support and guide teachers
- monitor lesson quality and student experience
- oversee organization inside our WISE LMS platform
- assist with scheduling and absences
- reinforce systems and accountability
- support onboarding and teacher development
- support customer / client retention
- contribute to operational growth and structure

- REQUIREMENTS
- English needs to be your first language
- Strong Spanish communication ability (C1 preferred)
- TEFL certification plus experience teaching adult professionals
- Strong administrative and organizational mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Leadership mentality and emotional intelligence
- Comfortable with systems, scheduling, customer support, and operations
- Ability to coach, support, and guide teachers professionally
- Must thrive in a fast-moving, startup-style environment

COMPENSATION
- $1200–$2200 USD/month
- tiered training program ( income increases through 3 tiers of training over 12 months
