As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting clients, and providing exceptional customer service while performing data entry and account maintenance tasks. • Answer incoming calls and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Determine if clients have used our services before by looking up location information or creating a new account for the property
• Provide exceptional customer service while performing data entry or account maintenance tasks
• Create accounts, schedule appointments for cleaning technicians to arrive at facilities, and notate services to be offered
• Make special notes from property owners regarding animals on site, furniture to be moved, gate or security codes, etc.
• Collect payment information over the phone
• Make follow-up outbound calls to customers to ensure the service met their expectations, make any adjustments necessary, etc.
