- *Job Summary**
As a Premium Audit Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating all communication activities related to S&S premium audits. This role involves handling phone and email inquiries, providing clear and accurate information to clients, and supporting the audit team in delivering high-quality service. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients regarding premium audit inquiries and issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Client Communication: + Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding premium audit inquiries and issues.+ Respond to phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate and detailed information.+ Explain audit processes, findings, and recommendations to clients in a clear and understandable manner.+ Complete Non-Compliant Audit communications to the insured/business partners to gather premium audit documentation.
- Coordination and Support: + Coordinate communication between clients and the premium audit team to ensure smooth and efficient audit processes.+ Assist auditors in gathering necessary information and documentation from clients.+ Schedule and confirm audit appointments, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Documentation and Reporting: + Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with clients.+ Prepare and distribute audit reports, summaries, and other relevant documents to clients and internal stakeholders.+ Track and report on communication metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: + Identify opportunities to enhance communication processes and client interactions.+ Develop and implement best practices for managing premium audit communications.+ Collaborate with the audit team to streamline workflows and improve overall service delivery.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: + Ensure all communications comply with company policies, industry regulations, and audit standards.+ Review and verify the accuracy of information provided to and received by clients.+ Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- *What You'll Bring to careerzynith**
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with an equivalent to High school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

- *Salary and Benefits**
The annualized base pay for this position ranges from a minimum of $26,900.00 to a maximum of $50,600.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee's contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
