As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work remotely with our team, providing exceptional support to policyholders and agents via phone, email, and other communication channels. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide support or direct calls to the appropriate staff member
• Complete outbound calls to customers requesting documents
• Return voicemail messages and provide support or direct calls to the appropriate staff member
• Answer basic questions from policyholders and agents regarding the audit and verification process
• Provide reasonable due date extensions for policyholders and agents
• Read and analyze incoming email, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and distribute to the appropriate individual
• Index provided documentation to the appropriate internal electronic file
• Assist in obtaining updated contact information for policyholders or agents when needed
• Provide clerical support to other departments

• *Job Qualifications**

• Education: High School Diploma
• Experience: Minimum of 1-year commercial underwriting/premium audit experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office / Microsoft Outlook required
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment free from outside distraction / interruption
• Spanish speaking preferred
