As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work remotely with our team, providing exceptional support to policyholders and agents via phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll be the face of careerzynith, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and memorable. Your ability to multitask, think critically, and communicate effectively will be essential in this fast-paced role.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide support or direct calls to the appropriate staff member
- Complete outbound calls to customers requesting documents
- Return voicemail messages and provide support or direct calls to the appropriate staff member
- Answer basic questions from policyholders and agents regarding the audit and verification process
- Provide reasonable due date extensions for policyholders and agents
- Read and analyze incoming email, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and distribute to the appropriate individual
- Index provided documentation to the appropriate internal electronic file
- Assist in obtaining updated contact information for policyholders or agents when needed
- Provide clerical support to other departments
- *Job Qualifications**
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: Minimum of 1-year commercial underwriting/premium audit experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office / Microsoft Outlook required
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment free from outside distraction / interruption
- Spanish speaking preferred
