As a mostly remote Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for assisting healthcare providers in ensuring prescription coverage for their patients. This role involves handling inbound faxes, managing phone calls, and accurately inputting data into our system to confirm prescription coverage. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all necessary information is complete, and you'll be expected to follow up with providers to obtain missing details.

  • Manage incoming faxes with provider, patient, and medication details
  • Ensure all necessary information is complete, such as date of birth and medication dosage
  • Follow up with providers to obtain missing details
  • Accurately input data into the system to confirm prescription coverage
  • Handle approximately 20 inbound calls per day to gather and verify the same information
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
  • *Requirements**
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (preferably in a call center)
  • Must be a resident of Massachusetts
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to manage both fax and phone-based tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced call center environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
