We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in DeSoto, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system.
