As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming new clients over the phone and guiding them through the onboarding process
- Taking live calls from our sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients
- Updating and confirming client details in our CRM system (careerzynith Logic)
- Answering simple questions and providing clear, friendly communication to put clients at ease
- Creating a positive and confident first impression that sets the tone for their experience
- *What We're Looking For**
- Experience in receptionist, call center, or customer service roles, with a focus on phone-based communication
- A naturally bubbly, upbeat, and positive attitude – you bring the good vibes!
- Comfort with tools like G Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM software (careerzynith Logic is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail – every client matters
