We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lynnwood, WA. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for facilitating and coordinating daily activities in the ambulatory clinic, ensuring that every patient receives exceptional care and attention. You'll work closely with providers, administrative staff, and patients to ensure seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and timely test results.

  • Answer telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient schedules to ensure efficient use of provider time
  • Room patients and prepare them for exams, procedures, and other medical services
  • Communicate test results and patient concerns to providers and patients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure revenue capture is complete and timely
  • Collaborate with providers and administrative staff to resolve patient concerns and issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
  • *Qualifications**
  • 6 months of customer service or medical setting experience or an Associate's degree
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, upbeat attitude
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from administrative and clinical staff, groups of managers, patients, and physicians
  • Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
