- *Job Summary**
As a Data Entry & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately and efficiently processing data entry tasks. Your primary focus will be on reaching out to lessees to discuss end-of-term options, setting call back dates and statuses in our system, and sending notification letters. You will also be responsible for logging and processing returned mail and titles, following up on inspection appointments, and applying knowledge of company products and services to efficiently process customer information.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Send welcome letters to lessees
- Contact lessees to discuss end-of-term options
- Set call back dates and statuses in our system
- Send notification letters of end-of-lease
- Log and process returned mail and titles
- Follow up on inspection appointments
- Apply knowledge of company products and services to efficiently process customer information
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner
- Utilize the proper employees to assist with problem-solving
- Maintain updated, organized electronic files in our application
- Analyze customer accounts and make corrections and/or modifications to files
- Contact customers to obtain missing information or data to ensure an accurate customer database
- Traces and expedites past due terminations to ensure lessee and financial institution satisfaction
- Train new Customer Service staff as requested
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Less than one year related experience or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Knowledge of Data Scan, Microsoft Outlook, and Seamless Lease Connection
