As a Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering patient demographic and medical information into our electronic database with precision and accuracy
- Updating and maintaining patient records as needed, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
- Reviewing data for accuracy and making necessary corrections to ensure the highest standards of data quality
- Communicating with healthcare providers to obtain missing or incorrect information, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of all patient data, adhering to HIPAA regulations and careerzynith's data security policies
- Maintaining a log of completed work and tracking all incoming and outgoing data to ensure efficient data management
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of our home health services
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
