- *Job Summary**
As an Experienced Data Entry Processor in our Lockbox Department, you will be responsible for performing data entry functions from checks images per clients' instructions. You will ensure accuracy and productivity standards are met, in accordance with client service level agreements and department goals. You will also cross-train and provide support in other areas of the department as needed, working in a team environment to ensure work is processed according to individual client instructions and deadlines.

- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards, as measured by key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure data entry accuracy and integrity

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols
- *Qualifications**
- 1 year of previous data-entry experience
- Minimum score of 13,500 Ks/Hr - 15,500 Ks/Hr on numeric testing
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent 10-key data-entry skills (both alpha, numeric, and combined)
- Team-oriented
- Accuracy, time management, self-motivation skills, and the ability to function independently
- Logical decisional-making rationale
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong sense of urgency and efficiency
- Must be able to work in a confidential environment
- Basic PC skills (production program is trained internally)
- Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel
