  • *Job Summary**

As an experienced Data Entry Processor in our Lockbox department, you'll be responsible for performing accurate and timely numeric input of check amounts, payee validation, and MICR correction. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with client service level agreements and department goals. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive hourly rate of $16.

  • *Responsibilities**
  • Perform data entry functions from checks image per clients' instructions
  • Ensure accuracy and productivity standards are met, in accordance with client service level agreements and department goals
  • Cross-train and provide support in other areas of the department as needed
  • Work in a team environment, ensuring work is processed according to individual client instructions and deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures
  • *Qualifications**
  • 1 year of previous data-entry experience
  • Minimum score of 13,500 Ks/Hr - 15,500 Ks/Hr on numeric testing
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent 10-key data-entry skills (both alpha, numeric, and combined)
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work under limited supervision and maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity
  • Logical decisional-making rationale and strong sense of urgency and efficiency
  • Basic PC skills, including knowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel
