- *Role Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer orders and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the logistical complexities of our COVID vaccine. You will be the face of careerzynith to our customers, handling customer calls, emails, and other interactions with professionalism, diplomacy, and empathy. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer orders and inquiries, including handling credit card payments and resolving issues according to business rules and policies
- Supporting the logistical complexities of our COVID vaccine, including handling temperature deviations and delivery issues
- Partnering with Quality/Controlant and Transportation teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintaining a detailed working knowledge of careerzynith trade policies, SOPs, and standard business processes
- Handling customer contacts in a professional, diplomatic, and empathetic manner, as defined in quality monitoring guidelines
- Staying abreast of changes in scripts, procedures, and products
- Supporting Sarbanes Oxley by adhering to internal controls
- Redirecting callers who require assistance from other departments
- Initiating requests for new customer accounts and account changes
- Supporting customer inquiries/issues regarding Pfizer Prime website
- Completing all assigned training
- Participating in special projects as assigned
- Partnering with GFS team to respond to inquiries and issues
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree preferred or high school diploma with two years of customer service experience
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work in a hybrid remote environment, with occasional on-site work required

careerzynith offers a competitive salary range of $25.33 to $42.22 per hour, as well as eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday, and other pay premiums. We also offer comprehensive and generous benefits, including:
