As a Customer Service Representative-Bilingual Spanish, you'll be responsible for:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- **Two years of post-secondary education or higher**: A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or a related field.
- **In lieu of education, two years of relevant work experience**: Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
- **Experience in the insurance industry**: Knowledge of insurance products and services.
- **Fluency in English and Spanish**: Ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
