Experienced Customer Implementation Pilot – Property Management Industry Expert

We're seeking an experienced Customer Implementation Pilot to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you'll be responsible for managing client implementation projects from start to finish, driving product adoption, and improving the implementation process and procedures. As we witnessed the challenges lead buyers faced in closing deals, we naturally segued into building an industry-specific CRM, which became the de-facto industry standard. In 2020, we released a process/workflow suite to move from the sales side of our clients' businesses into the heart of day-to-day operations. The market responded aggressively to our new direction, leading us to double down on growth and additional product expansion.

• *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Implementation Pilot, you'll be responsible for:

• Understanding and identifying the user activation point for our clients
• Displaying consultative skills by educating customers on property management best practices and use cases
• Managing multiple one-to-one consulting projects concurrently, with a goal of keeping 90% of projects on track
• Tracking customer requests and using Canny effectively to ensure the Product team has all the details needed
• Proactively taking initiative to propose extensions after successful process implementation
• Coaching Implementation Guides in their current roles to improve performance and prepare them for future roles
• Managing client implementation projects from start to finish
• Driving product adoption with as many clients as possible
• Taking initiative to improve the implementation process and procedures
• Creating an onboarding experience that consistently results in client success stories
• Collecting client feedback and acting on it
• Employing a highly consultative style to discover additional unmet needs that generate new work with current clients
• Providing consolidated client feedback to the Product and Sales teams
• Leading video and phone calls with clients to sell and educate

• *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service or implementation role
• B2B SaaS experience (preferred)
• The ability to learn new technology quickly
• Fast learning and adaptation skills
• Crisp communication skills
• A proactive approach to seeking solutions
• Emotional maturity and an optimistic "can-do" attitude
• The ability to supply your own internet and smartphone
