• *Key Responsibilities**

As a Hybrid Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers inside and outside our centers with careerzynith products and services, providing personalized support and solutions to meet their needs
• Utilizing smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions
• Moving and hooking up careerzynith trucks and trailers, ensuring safe and secure transportation of customers' equipment
• Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels and performing routine maintenance tasks
• Answering questions and educating customers regarding careerzynith products and services, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction
• Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer transactions
• Installing hitches and trailer wiring, ensuring safe and secure connections for customers' equipment
• Filling propane (certification offered through careerzynith upon employment) and driving a forklift (certification offered through careerzynith upon employment), demonstrating a commitment to safety and efficiency
• Participating in ongoing continuous education through careerzynith University, staying up-to-date on the latest products, services, and best practices

• *Minimum Qualifications**

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:

• A valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• A high school diploma or equivalent

• *Work Environment**

As a Hybrid Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced environment with moderate risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields to ensure your safety and the safety of others.

• *Physical Demands**

The work requires some physical exertion, including long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning yourself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
